We are currently working closely with a global leader manufacturer of surfactants and specialty chemicals who is looking for an experienced Regulatory Specialist to join their team.

Reporting to the Global Regulatory Manager, this position has primary responsibility for:
1.    Maintain TSCA plan
2.    Act as the liaison between the company and governmental / industrial organizations like EPA, ACI, AOCS, etc.   
3.    This individual will also work with the regulatory group in Brazil and Mexico.  This includes educating those groups about US and Canadian regulatory rules such as TSCA, DSL, FIFRA, FDA, USP, etc. as necessary. 
4.    Work with the industrial unit on permitting as necessary. 
5.    Be the main regulatory contact for the US commercial team which includes providing regulatory guidance, filling out customer questionnaires, etc.

The ideal candidate must have extensive applications experience in regulatory affairs handling surfactants, detergents, household, agrochemicals, oilfield chemicals or cleaning products, regulatory knowledge about TSCA, FDA, FIFRA, USP and DSL, regulatory experience or knowledge about EPA and PMNs.
