This role serves as a field-based extension of the Medical Affairs and Evidence Generation (MA&EG) organization, requiring a highly experienced professional who operates with independence, accountability, and execution focus in a fast-paced, performance-driven biotech environment.
The Associate Director is expected to deliver complex, data-driven scientific discussions, synthesize meaningful insights from the field, and navigate real-world clinical dynamics while maintaining a strong focus on regional ownership and high-impact engagement.
The role maintains and develops relationships across a range of stakeholders, including key opinion leaders, investigators, and as appropriate, large group practices and private equity-backed dermatology organizations, contributing to a broader understanding of evolving clinical and practice dynamics.
