This is a fully remote role, with a requirement that qualified applicants reside in Missouri

Position Purpose:

Oversees the strategy and execution of external (e.g. provider and pharmacy) enablement initiatives focused on pharmacy quality performance, root cause resolution and strategic alignment. Driving the development of a consultative framework that empowers internal associates to apply critical thinking and influence external stakeholders' operational models for improved outcomes. Additionally, support internal teams' engagement of external partners to refine this critical function. Providing insights that ensure operational excellence in this domain. This role will work with front-line team members as well as key leaders to achieve a consistent state of external engagement and subsequently advance the model through novel strategies. High priority is placed on transforming engagement insights into actionable opportunities to elevate organizational effectiveness.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive learning roadmaps for externally facing associates, ensuring alignment with pharmacy quality measures (HEDIS, PQA, Part D Safety) and strategic
  • Provide direct observational support to external facing team members to empower our collective ability to deliver: consistency, accuracy, strategic influence, and application of critical thinking in real-time scenarios.
  • Manage a consistent performance assessment through synthesizing observational data into actions; sharing insights with individuals and leaders for transparency
  • Conduct calibration sessions with pears and leaders
  • Develop and maintain dynamic library of resources required for external facing associates to achieve operational excellence
  • Conduct training analysis to determine specific training needs for externally facing associates
  • Under minimal supervision responsible for all aspects of difficult projects that are broad in nature
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Complies with all policies and standards.

Education/Experience:

Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy required

PhD in Pharmacy (PharmD) preferred

Master's Degree in Business preferred

5+ years in a licensed pharmacist role, OR completion of PGY-1 residency program +3 additional years licensed pharmacist upon completion required

4+ years in Managed Care/Pharmacy Star Ratings/Quality Metrics required

3+ years in managing / leading others required

1+ years in training preferred

Pay Range: $107,700.00 - $199,300.00 per year
